Coned white Romney yarn. 4.5 lbs

This is basically an afghan on a cone! 4.5 pounds of 100% Romney wool, 2 ply sport wt yarn in natural white. Approx 1200 yards per pound. This is a large project creator's dream! No knots, no ball winding, just work directly from the cone. This one cone is equal to 18 four oz skeins!!! Would also make a fabulous heirloom fisherman's sweater if you double the yarn. ( I would highly recommend doing a swatch for gauge.) Also great for weavers!!! Suitable for both warp & weft. This wool was raised right here on our farm, then processed into yarn at a local mini mill in Northern CT. A true Farm to Yarn project. You won't find yarn in this put-up very often. Grab it while you can.
